Environment

AUTH_ENABLED
Set to 'false' for local development without bearer-token enforcement; set to 'true' to enable auth. Defaults to 'false'.
GRAPH_TOKEN_MODEsecret
When AUTH_ENABLED is true, set to 'passthrough' to forward the same user token to Microsoft Graph, or 'obo' to exchange the bearer token for a delegated token via on-behalf-of flow.
MAX_FILE_SIZE_BYTES
Maximum file size in bytes for direct content extraction (default 5242880, i.e., 5 MB).
